A network of delivery routes covering the whole Perth Metropolitan area including all outlining areas. Our extensive fleet of Parcel Express vehicles provide a cost efficient alternative to a ‘courier’ and offer a twice daily pick-up and delivery service to most metropolitan suburbs.
PEP Parcel Express is a network of parcel delivery routes serviced by a fleet of vehicles, covering the whole metropolitan area including all semi-rural and rural perimeter areas.

The pick-up and delivery frequency of the Parcel Express network provides a cost-effective alternative for many of those parcels normally distributed by a courier service.

Unlike a courier service where rates are calculated on distance, Parcel Express charges an economical rate per parcel.

A parcel is defined as being any item weighing up to 25kg or part thereof which can be easily carried by one person.

Parcel Express offers substantial savings in time and transport costs if you're sending a number of parcels every day to a variety of destinations throughout the metro area OR collecting parcels for return to you.

The service does not operate on weekends or public holidays.

How to use Parcel Express
The attached PDF contains a frequency chart listing all areas serviced in alphabetical order. This chart will tell you our pick-up and delivery frequency for each area. Download frequency chart.

The time at which a parcel will arrive at any one destination will vary depending on the pick up location, destination of the parcel and the time of the pick-up request.

The beauty of the Parcel Express system is that once the driver is familiar with your despatch routine - parcel pick-up requests may not need to be made. The driver simply calls in at the regular pick-up time.

How to arrange your parcel pick-up
To arrange a parcel pick-up simply ring the pick-up request number. If you ring before 5pm your goods will be collected the following morning OR if you ring before 12 noon your goods will be collected the same afternoon providing your area is scheduled for coverage at that time.

C.O.D. Deliveries
PEP will accept COD on your behalf for the cost of the goods. We do not accept COD for the actual delivery cost.

The delivery frequency to any suburb is subject to review from time to time. If you have any queries please ask our staff.

Parcel Despatch Checklist
To ensure your goods are delivered promptly and correctly,
the following points should be observed.
1 All items must be clearly addressed and be ready for collection when the driver calls.
2 The sender's name must also be clearly shown so that any queries can be quickly referred to you for clarification
3 Deliveries are made from the information on the package.
4 When using second hand cartons please ensure that all previous addresses have been blocked out.
5 A parcel is considered to be any item weighing up to 25kg or 0.5 cubic metres or part thereof.
6 For COD deliveries the amount to be collected must be shown on the pickup docket, and the same information highlighted on the parcel next to the delivery address.
7 Parcels in a consignment must be clearly numbered, i.e. 1/1, 1/3 - 2/3 - 3/3, etc.
8 We are not common carriers, please refer to our Standard Trading Conditions.
9 Goods in Transit Insurance is the responsibility of the sender.
10 All goods sent for delivery to another freight company must be clearly marked with the name of the freight company and ALL copies of the relative consignment note MUST be sent in with the goods. The senders copy of the consignment note is signed by the freight company and returned to you with your statement of account. The return copy is your proof of delivery.
